Why invert the canister/bottle at all?Updated 2 months ago

Inverting the canister/bottle allows you to use the last bit of fuel, especially in cold conditions where the pressure might be too low for the stove to operate effectively with the fuel source upright. However, it's crucial to remember that this should only be done after the stove has been properly preheated. The heat from the burner is essential to vaporize the liquid fuel before it reaches the burner nozzle. Not all stoves are designed to be used with an inverted fuel canister/bottle. Consult your stove's instructions.
